2012 NIHR ACF National Recruitment Pilot

Document Actions

During the 2012 specialty recruitment window, NIHR will be piloting nationally coordinated recruitment for NIHR ACF posts in General Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynaecology.  This will mean applicants will need to apply through the national recruitment lead for the relevant specialty and level rather than to individual deaneries, as is the case for all other NIHR ACFs (except GP).

The recruitment timetables for NIHR ACF posts in General Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynaecology will differ from the timetable for all other NIHR ACF posts.  As in previous years posts in General Practice will be recruited through a nationally coordinated process and will also follow a different timetable.

Further details on the recruitment process and the posts available can be found on the websites listed below.  A list of all 2012 NIHR ACF posts can be downloaded here.  Nationally coordinated posts are highlighted yellow.
